I've had the Trader Joe's Tikka Masala and it left me wanting. It was too thin, and while there was some flavor it was very...pale? Bland? Smelled great though. I still have a jar of Curry Sauce from TJ's but have yet to try it. Fear maybe?

I'm not sure where you're located, but if there's a Trader Joe's in your area, I highly recommend their Tikka Masala and Curry sauces. I thicken it with a roux, to give it a little more of that decadent "restaurant tikka" taste, and then add frozen peppers & onions (and chicken).
